So how does it work?

Step 1

Register an Account with MindBody. Select the Create Account/Log In option in the Menu above and set yourself up with an account through MindBody Online.  This is so that you can manage your classes online.

Step 2

Email us to get a Free Taster Class added to your Account. Once you have done the set-up, we will add a class to your account so that you can experience the class for yourself.  And you can browse available slots to suit your schedule.

Step 3

Get stronger, fitter and lose fat all while having baby in the room with you under expert child care supervision.
