BIO: Cheryl has been in the health and fitness indusrty since 2003, starting with natural health and a keen interest for how diet, lifestyle, mindset and exercise can totally turn someones physical and emotional health around. With a personal passion for exercise she furthered her studies to include various training styles and exercise systems, recognising the need for fusing various methodologies for a more holistic approach. Cheryl firstly studied personal training stacking up a wealth of specialities, she then incoporated a yoga teacher training course, followed by matt pilates. To have a truly fit and healthy body you should have good: cardio, strength, core stability and flexibility, by fusing various personal training styles, yoga and pilates Cheryl can help you to balance you body and exercise regime to acheive optimal results. By incorporating yet further knowledge of the body to include detoxification, mind body connection, Cheryl is far more than a personal trainer, she is a truly holistic health consultant. So whether you are interested in one area alone, or the whole integrated approach, Cheryls adaptability and expertise is there ready to fit your health and fitness goals.

Emma White

BIO: Born and raised in New Zealand, Emma is a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. Trained as a ballet and contemporary dancer and having danced with the Royal New Zealand Ballet, she incorporated Pilates and fitness into her daily routine from a young age to supplement her training and to help prevent injury. She has been passionate about health and fitness ever since and believes working out is the best way to feel great inside and out.

Lee Hopkins

BIO: Having worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years in various roles, Lee brings his passion for movement, vast knowledge of anatomy and physiology and experience into his work, whether it is class based or individual training. Lee initially trained as a sports therapist /massage therapist and a remedial movement therapist where he developed his skills and techniques working as a fitness director on various cruise liners around the world.Lee brings a very unique, structured and educational approach to his teaching that will leave you lengthened, strengthened, centred and relaxed.

Richard Timu

Hot/Unheated Yoga and Yogapilates Teacher

BIO: Richard came to yoga after a stroke at the tender age of 34 with the side effects of Aphasia which is a language disorder including difficulties with reading, writing, speaking and unable to understand speech. Yoga helped him to settle down his confused mind and recover lost communication skills. He deepened his yoga teacher training through Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Nidra (Sleep) Yoga and Broga then changed his career from a stressed city banker to a robust blissed yoga teacher. He now uses his first hand experience of transformation to assist his yoga students.

 

Nina Rozman

Assistant manager, Administrator, Social media manager

BIO: Nina has started her path with Fitness Fusions in 2014 as a student followed by a great volunteer opportunity all the way up to administration and management. She is Cheryl’s right hand and client’s go to girl. Nina has a big interest in health and wellbeing, loving the Fusions yoga classes and likes to run away for travelling. Her speciality are rainbow leggings and backbends. She is still a marketing student, writes her own blog and if she has any time left loves going to the park catching the sunrays.
