Join Richard with a 2 hour workshop to learn the tips and tricks that will open your wings and lift you off the ground! All approached in a light hearted and supportive environment open to beginner and advanced flyers alike. It is a safe place to explore and play around with holding yourself up as Richard guides you through the process:
– how to fall safely to overcome fear
– building the pose before even taking flight
– alignment tips to manage and correct balance
The magic of inversions will be demystified and made approachable so that every practitioner who is not afraid to put in the work can feel the benefits of inversions.
